Because I’m lazy tonight.
It all really depends on what you like and the ratio you use.
For me it:
-1 onion
-1 small tomato
-1 avocado
-garlic salt & pepper
STEP ONE: I use a mincer for my onion and tomato. Some people like to like the onion and tomato to be chunkier, but I mince mine.
STEP TWO: I place it all in a bowl and then cut my avocado into chunks and use a fork to mash it into the onion and tomato mixture, because I like the avocado to be a chunky. Then season to taste with garlic salt and a little bit of pepper.
Just a snack idea..

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Boneless/ skinless chicken
Ragu White Alfredo Sauce
One egg
Italian bread crumbs mixed with paprika
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic
Noodle of your choice
Also a side veggie
STEP 1: Beat one egg and add a pinch of salt to the beaten egg. Then clean chicken and roll in salt and egg mixture. Next spread out the Italian bread crumbs and sprinkle Paprika on top. After rolling the chicken in the beaten egg move to the bread crumbs. Any bread crumbs can work I just personally prefer Italian style. Spray pan with olive oil/ Pam and place chicken in the oven at 375 for 20 minutes.
STEP 2: Bring a pot of water to boil. I like to add a tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of salt to the water. You can use any noodle I use Ziti.
STEP 3: After 20 minutes pull the chicken out and flip it over. Then pour just enough Ragu Alfredo sauce over each chicken to cover. Do not use all of the sauce, because the rest will go on the noodles. After you cover the chicken put it back in the over for another 10 minutes.
STEP 4: I like to mix a little bit of Pancetta and Salami. I cut it up and sprinkle it on the bottom of the same pot I boiled the noodles [after I put the noodles in the strainer] I add about one tablespoon of olive oil. Then put the noodles back over the meat and mix in the rest of the Ragu sauce. Keep on the stove on low until the sauce is heated up.
STEP 5: I like to add some veggies. The chicken and noodles are really enough for a meal though. This time I mixed up some lima beans, tomatoes and onions, then seasoned with garlic salt.
STEP 6: I like to finish it with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese sprinkled over the top of the chicken and noddles.
I roughly follow recipes. I don’t really measure everything perfectly. I just go with my taste buds. ;)
Love this..
